Haircuts are great, but Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. just stepped up Season 3 production with an UnREAL twist. House of Cards and Entourage alum Constance Zimmer will square off against Coulson and his Secret Warriors as a brand-new Season 3 threat, but is another rival government agency pulling the strings?

Per Entertainment Weekly, current UnREAL fixture Zimmer will enter the MCU via Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 3 as the head of a mysterious new government agency that brushes up against S.H.I.E.L.D. in the search for new Inhumans. Zimmer’s as-yet unnamed character is also being billed as Coulson’s “antagonist” early in the season, and recurring for several episodes.

Premiering September 29, we know of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 3 that series regulars Adrianne Palicki (Mockingbird) and Nick Blood (Lance Hunter) will return, ABC having abandoned plans for a spinoff centered around the pair, while Henry Simmons (Mack) and Luke Mitchell (Lincoln) have both been upgraded to series regular. The series will presumably also help build up to Captain America: Civil War, while installing its own version of Marvel’s Secret Warriors.

We’re also awaiting cast news on the Inhuman Lash, among others but how does Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 3 look to be shaping up by its latest addition?
