The Assassin's Creed franchise is slowly taking over the world, from video games to novelizations to the upcoming feature film starring Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard. Titan Comics' line of Assassin's Creed comics has been going from strength to strength as well, and the publisher is adding another title to the line in the form of Last Descendents: Locus.

The new miniseries by Ian Edginton and Caspar Wijngaard ties directly into the upcoming young adult novel Assassin's Creed: Last Descendants, and takes readers back to Victorian England, which was the setting of the most recent game in the series, Assassin's Creed: Syndicate.

Just like in the games, the series will follow two time periods as a teenager named Sean in the modern era must live out the experiences of his own ancestor, a Victorian lad named Tommy Greyling, in order find the answer to a mysterious secret that could change the world. An interesting detail that the description leaves out is which side of the conflict --- Assassin or Templar --- is Sean on?

A captivating adventure unfolds, with Greyling hunting for the answers to a mystery that could change the world.
