Dark Horse’s ‘Conan’ Welcomes Vasilis Lolos in September’s Issue #8 [Exclusive Art]

Following lauded artistic turns from Becky Cloonan and James Harren, Dark Horse’s Conan the Barbarian series will welcome Vasilis Lolos for issue #8 of the Brian Wood-scripted series based on Robert E. Howard’s classic fantasy icon. Best known for his work on Northlanders, Pixu and Buffy the Vampire Slayer: Tales of the Vampires, Lolos brings his own distinct version of the graphic, high contrast yet playful style that’s made the current Conan series a hit with adventure comics readers and art aficionados alike. We’ve got a pencils-to-inks preview of Lolos’ stuff that you’re going to dig. Of course, the title has is always graced with covers by Massimo Carnevale, whose latest work you can also get a first look at below.
