Hot Toys Little Groot Steals the (Side)show [VIDEO]

Ahead of the pint-sized potted plant's release, Sideshow Collectibles has teamed with YouTuber Optibotimus to provide a closer look at the upcoming Hot Toys Little Groot 1/4 scale figure from Guardians of the Galaxy.

You might recall we spotlighted this fun little collectible a short while back, but now we're getting an even closer look at the actual physical product thanks to a brief video from Sideshow, the U.S. retailer for all of Hot Toys' goods. As you can see in the footage above, the Little Groot sizes up at just under five inches in height, which means you're paying about $10 per inch for this collectible.

While he doesn't do any dancing on his own, the video above shows the bendable figure posed in a multitude of ways, which allows you to reenact the fan-favorite moment from the feature film. Or you could keep him completely still and make co-workers walking past your desk wonder why the heck that little plant you bought yourself is smiling.

The Hot Toys Little Groot is still on track to arrive this month, and you can still pre-order it from Sideshow Collectibles for $44.99. We'll have our own review of the figure up as soon as the little guy arrives in a few weeks.
