The Amazing Spider-Man 2 already has its fair share of bad guys and maybe-bad-guys in the form of Electro, The Rhino, and Harry Osborn. But video game adaptations of movies always have to be bigger, and they always demand more supervillain bosses. Enter Kraven the Hunter.

The last semi-sandbox action game served as a sort of followup to the film, with all kinds of extra animal-based mutants and robots to fight in New York City and was generally well-received by critics, so it makes sense that they're continuing to explore the game's "alternative take" on the sequel in a bigger environment and with a mightier Webslinger.
