If you've stuck it out with Marvel's mobile game Avengers Academy, you've likely been waiting very patiently for the promised story update that would bring new content, characters and areas of the map. As of today, those dreams have become reality, as it's confirmed that players will soon get access to The Incredible Hulk and the Gamma Zone. In an interview today on Marvel.com, Avengers Academy's Allen Warner reveals that the latest update will bring The Hulk and --- rather surprisingly --- Tigra to the game, as well as unlocking the Gamma Zone area of the map that has been off-limits since the game's launch. The addition of The Hulk is especially exciting for this particular reporter, as he is voiced by my hero and idol, the one and only John Cena.

Who is the greatest Avenger of all time? You probably have your personal favorites. You probably also have a pretty good idea who the popular favorites might be. We wanted to know for sure, so to mark the release of Avengers: Age of Ultron we conducted a giant-size poll to give you the chance to choose between more than 100 Avengers members, and rank them from least to best. Now the results are in. And we think there are a few surprises.

With Avengers: Age of Ultron just around the corner, interest in these heroes has never been greater, so we’ve decided to pit all the official comic book Avengers against each other in a battle for your affections. Who is the greatest, best, favorite Avenger of all time? Only you can decide. We’ve created voting groups that mix up different eras of Avengers membership. Group K is the penultimate group, and by chance it pits two partners head to head; Luke Cage and Iron Fist. But Hercules, Tigra, and even the Forgotten One may hope to slip between them and steal a victory. (Probably not going to happen for ol' Gilgamesh.) The top two or three Avengers will go through to the next round, so vote tactically!

With the massive box office success of The Avengers (the film has earned more than one billion dollars at box offices worldwide), Marvel Studios has accomplished an extraordinary feat in franchise building; it has created a shared cinematic superhero universe based on the characters originally created by Jack Kirby and Stan Lee...

Bizarro Back Issues: Ghost Rider Fights All of the Avengers, And Wins (1981)
My favorite thing about the new Avengers movie is how well it took the separate stories and elements of movies like Captain America, Thor and Iron Man and blended them into one big story. It worked so well that I almost wished they would've been able to just go ahead and bring in every Marvel Movie, if only for a few minutes...
