Telltale Launches Third ‘The Walking Dead’ Video Game Episode, ‘Long Road Ahead’ [Video]

The first two installments of Telltale Games' clickable take on Robert Kirkman, Tony Moore and Charlie Adlard's The Walking Dead have proven to be pretty solid releases that expand upon the comic's continuity while also effectively standing alone. From the looks of the latest trailer and stills from the upcoming The Walking Dead: Episode Three - Long Road Ahead, this tradition is set to continue the survival horror action (on August 28/29, depending on your platform of choice) as players deal with the choices they made as Lee Everett and his young companion Clementine. According to Telltale's blog, this new episode will see the duo and their group of fellow survivors make a move from their current base of operations while dealing with a traitor in their midst threatening everyone's survival. Telltale is also teasing that, "The fallout from treachery within the group will lead to some shocking moments, and - depending on the choices you make - one of the hardest things that Lee has ever had to do." Considering Clementine is pretty much the only character Lee wouldn't mind throwing to Walkers, that's a pretty ominous forecast for this episode...
