Toy stores are justifiably brimming with The Dark Knight Rises toys and action figures in preparation for the film's July 21 release, but fans of Batman's more traditional look from the comics can still look forward to at least one high profile option in early 2013. As spotted at the recent Medicom Toy Exhibition, Japan's iconic toymaker has 12" versions of Batman and the Joker bearing the looks they sported in Jeph Loeb and Jim Lee's 2002 Hush storyline (and beyond) in the pipeline. Full figure specifications haven't surfaced just yet, but preorder sites like Big Bad Toy Store are currently offering each limited edition figure for about $180 a pop. Joker seems to be packing his usual brand of heat, with Batman decked out in his crimefighting gear, though it's safe to assume additional accessories for each figure are forthcoming. You can take an early look at Medicom's Batman and Joker Hush figures after the cut.
